FNB Private banking service bad- Walter Duminy

I write this on behalf of my dad.... He is a Wealth client. He has a private banker - Walter Duminy. My dad booked a holiday and it seems like the email was **********ly intercepted and the banking details changed. We have been trying to stop this/revert the payment since 9 April but Walter has been nowhere!!...doesn't seem to want to help at all. When we try and phone him....he is not available and the one time we got hold of him...he referred my dad to someone else. Private banking...even though your a Wealth client is a hokes!! Now after more than years of being with FNB my dod wants to close his account....but again, Walter is nowhere to be found and no-one wants to help him!!
