FNB Private Banking service

Damn!! I’ve had the worst experience with FNB Private Banking since the day I joined. They just chow your money every month for service fees and deliver horrible service. I regret the day I switched to FNB private banking!!!

Following my complaint regarding FNB Private Client horrible service, I got a phone call from one of the Private Banking Managers in Cape Town to hear the full story of my experience with FNB Private Banking. I Wasted my time putting the story together for her on the phone thinking I might just get help. She pretended to be assisting me, promising to deliver good service going forward and the matter in hand to be investigated and provide me with feedback at a later stage.

Few days later while I was waiting on the feedback I got a phone call from Mr Mosomane Moloto who happened to be my new Private Banker from Sandton Private Banking suite. He called to make an appointment to come and formally introduce himself to me, discuss my needs and the way forward to give better service. Out of my tight schedule I made time to meet up with him. He seemed like he knew what he was doing not knowing it was just another futile exercise.

I am sad to announce that was the first and last time I ever heard from my banker the day he came to introduce himself to me and now it's 3 weeks later. I have left numerous emails, phone calls and messages for him to call me back for the past 3 weeks but no response from him or any other person from FNB.

This is too much, exhausting and frustrating really. I've banked with FNB since I was a child and now I think it's time for me to leave FNB as I feel they just have no respect or care for clients as long as they debit their service fees.
