FNB PRIVATE BANKING : PASS THE CALL: WHO CARES FOR THE *****?

FNB Private Banking: After seeing a false internal debit order, I tried to report the *****. Once again one only went through a marathon pass the call to the next number after calling the ***** line provided by FNB on FNB APP. Four times the call was transferred to the so-called business ***** reporting person/department. Are there no direct lines where *****s on the business account can be reported? I cut the call when I saw the operator was preparing to transfer me for the 5th time. PRIVATE BANKING HUH FNB? Call me back as I need urgent help
