FNB Private banking , not worth the trouble.

I have been a customer with FNB for a very long time with personal and business accounts. I qualify for Private banking but chose not to move because of costs. Recently a private banker contacted me again to ask if I wanted to move, after doing my research I sent a mail saying that the costs don't justify me moving.

Here is the thing: if I move to private banking I would expect the banker to help me to structure my accounts, home loans etc. for the best deals and saving costs. However I experienced none of that. In other words the bank will have to work to make it worth my while and I really didn't get the feeling FNB is prepared to do that.
