FNB Private banking not worth the money

I am a private banking client and have now sent two email ***. I got a reply and no response further as to who my private banker is. They actually even got my name wrong. I told them I am not the person they think I am . I have been banking with FNB for over 10 years and they seem to have gotten worse. They change Private bankers on a semi regular basis. I am still unaware who my banker is as they never make contact to even check if I am happy and when I do need them they dont reply to my email adequately on ***. Please regard this as notice to cancel my FNB membership and move over to Discovery
