FNB Private banking not worth the money

I'm a FNB Private banking client and this morning discovered that my account was put on hold due to a missed payment. This was not right as all my payments were made up to date. I tried to contact my personal banker but she was not available to assist. I called the FNB call center and apparently they can't help me until Monday.

The first time I have every really needed my personal banker and there was no answer.

I have paid thousands of rands of bank charges to FNB for my apparent "convenience".

This weekend I had to borrow money from my parents just to buy food because FNB won't fix their mistake on a Saturday morning. That is not convenience its frustration and a waste of my time.
