FNB Private banking is not worth it!!!

I am with private banking with FNB and never had such bad service in my whole life! I phoned my private banker who never answers or calls me back.

As I want to close my account as FNB are not offering competitive professional rates so I am moving to Nedbank professional banking for a number of reasons: 1) I was told I have access to the slow lounge 12 times a year with my level 2 ebucks. When I went to the slow lounge while traveling the last month I was charged R750 no one had told me the policy had changed or even asked me at he lounge if I was happy to be charged!!!! 2) I have tried to close my overdraft facility and I had to phone the service suite and was told I would be called back it has been a month later and I have yet to be called back and my overdraft is still not closed! I had to call back and they said it would take 8 BUSINESS DAYS TO CLOSE... THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO... I am very disappointed with FNB as I have been banking with you for 15 years and I don't understand the point of paying the fees I do for private banking.
