FNB Private Banking is Disappointing

FNB private banking is a joke and a ****. It's private banking in name only. The only reason a person should upgrade to a private banking account is if they want to increase their eBucks spend limit, definitely not for the service, which appears to be the same with all their accounts.

I haven't really made use of their private banking service since upgrading my account 2 years ago but the first time I required assistance, I was sorely disappointed. My private banker took almost a week to respond to my query and this was only after I prompted her to respond. Emails have been ignored, with replies received a few days later and she failed to assist me when I required assistance.

Despite being a loyal customer of FNB for years, they couldn't beat the offers given by other banks.

I've decided that the extra price I'm paying for private banking with FNB is definitely not worth it and will test the waters with a different bank.

So thank you FNB for teaching me a valuable lesson and opening my eyes to your service before I spent thousands more in banking fees.
