FNB Private Banking is completely worthless!

I rarely make a point of complaining without resolving but I’ve been with FNB Private Clients for about 4+ years and I did it with the primary purpose of setting myself up for my first home loan application. Not only did MY bank come back with the highest interest rate of ALL other banks but in this entire **** show of an application my banker has not contacted me once after being kept in the loop the whole time.

In the 4+ years I’ve never needed a private banker really. I just paid the fees so I could have a great profile and one goes through all the trouble of making expectations clear and jumping through hoops only to have them be completely MIA. Fast forward to me now considering moving banks and the first contact she has made with me was “Get 100% ebucks back if you invest with FNB”

I’m done. Next thing to research is how to close my FNB account. What a complete and utter waste of time.
