FNB Private Banking is a hoax.

FNB's option of having a Private Banker for your convenience, is a total marketing ploy with no substance. The Private banker is never available and they don't respond to emails, even when they have requested a meeting with you. Don't waste your money on the huge bank charges, you don't get any value for it.
