FNB Private Banking is a disappointment.

FNB Private banking is doing a good job in ruining the bank's reputation, Absolutely no value for money. I have sent a request to be assigned to a different banker since my initial banker was no show, Never answering calls or actioning any request. I was happier as a platinum member , nut now the one thing that was suppose to make my life simple is the very thing that frustrates me. It so sad that when I am actually supposed to enjoying banking with the up ranking, its now that I am considering moving my accounts elsewhere,.
