FNB Private Banking IS A ****!!!!

1. Geoff Rietz made feel and understand that being a private client is just another ****.... He is so useless as a banker, he doesn't even bother to reply to my emails. I'd rather not have banker than to have him as my banker !

2. I finished paying my loan end of March 2023 and called in to stop the arrangement I made to pay R360 daily .... FNB kept on taking the R360 even though I stopped them , they promised to refund me and close the account but that has never happened. When I call and ask they say the money was refunded but not in my account and the finance department will investigate, when I call for progress I'm sent pillar to post with no solution. My credit health is getting affected heavily but they don't just care.

3. I have a credit card with FNB , I have noticed that when I use my private wealth card it deducts from the credit card even though I have money in my private wealth card they want to deplete the credit card first .
