FNB Private Banking is a ****!

I really need to speak to someone about the purpose of private banking. I am a private banking client. I pay outrageous fees a month for a personal banker. Someone who I can call any time of the day and help me with any banking without me having to worry or go into a branch. The banker assigned to me is Kutama Sumbana. She has added almost ZERO value to my banking life. She takes too long to respond. When she does respond, I have already either gotten service through other means, or, she gives me information that can do nothing for me. The latest request being, I need to give my wife access to our savings account from her bank account. She already has access to my main account and other savings account. I just want to give her permission to a new savings account I've created. I have to fill in a form and I still have to go into a branch. The most irritating line for to hear in the 20th century is that I have to go into a branch for something. I do not have time for this. But what is the purpose of my private banker in all of this? What kind of a **** is private banking? Please help me understand
