I have bought an online service and was supposed to pay the supplier only once, but they have taken money from my account on a monthly basis. I have sent an email to my private banker and on the same day I received a call from FNB Private Banking that assisted me to query the transaction on my FNB App. They provided excellent service and would definitely recommend FNB Private Banking.
