FNB Private Banking Charging R450 p/m for banking but not delivering service

My complaint today is about FNB. I have been a loyal customer to FNB for 20 years. I have the following with FNB: 1. My home loans. 2. My private banking account @ R450 p/m. 3. I am also buying a new vehicle and financing through Westbank at almost half a million rands. 4. I have a credit card with FNB. I have had a meeting with Tshepang on 5 August 2024, during this meeting Tshepang introduced me to my new private banker Sibu. As part of the meeting I requested a number of stuff to be done on my account. Including quotations for retirement annuities, movement of my current investments, revision of my home loan interest rates just to name a few. I have asked for progress on my requests on 10 August 2024 and now cannot get hold of my private banker. It seems like FNB does not value me as a private client.
