This is getting very worrying now, in fact, embarrassing for FNB! Is this some sort of prank or joke?

Who is Mr Hanlin Hang that you are addressing your email below to???

When did my private banker change to Thenjiwe Krappie???

Why do you need my wife's (NOT WIVES) details? She has a linked Spousal account so surely it is linked to my profile!

I will NOT use the online chat function as it is more useless than sending the email. There is no so called team of 'private bankers' there. It begs the question of WHY do I pay a hefty premium for the same, if not worse service?

This is going to be reported on Hellopeter.com as well. I need some action to be taken. The format of your email below leaves a lot to be desired for a so called "private banking" Support Banker.
