FNB private banking a Joke !!.

Who of you has private banking and actually get what you ask for ??. Every time I call for assistance I get shovelled from pillar to post , I had 10x better service when I was with Platinum then now so this in the last year I had 3 different portfolio managers and one more useless than the other , once again what is the use of have a private banker I can tell you FNB are NOT delivering the promise ,How can we help you should be How can we annoy you this will fit their profile to the note !!!!
