FNB Private Bankers - Useless

Don't know what is the point of being a Private Client when your Banker or FNB never get back to you. Always getting in touch and trying to get answers but seems like they do not care, only care for the money they make off of people. Worst Private bankers ever. My own personal banker will be absent so I would get a temporary one and then when I get in contact, there is no one around. Utterly useless service and to be honest a USELESS bank.
