FNB PRIVATE BANKERS - NONE EXISTENT

I think that FNB's online banking is very good and makes banking easier. I have allot of control in my hands. I always avoid going to a branch, therefor online banking. Of which FNB has the best. BUT their is till some options of which one need the assistance of a PRIVATE BANKER. the PRIVATE bankers service always been great, a few years ago, but the last two years, it went from good to none at all. I believe it was because I was switched between Private bankers. They call you and make you believe that different levels of Private Banking is better, but canlt give you a comparison. It is as if their trying to get clients fro themselves. But the last one I got stuck with, visited me in the beginning, but then nothing. Now I get no responses, other then the automatic responce send by the Online banking system, but nothing from the Private banker. They either do not respond, as of late, or they never follow through to the end result. They forward the request where required to the required department, but never follow up, when I did not get assisted. And I never get assisted by any one anymore. Their is no escalation path around the private banker. I just have the same Private Banker, which is the break in the chain. Now I am stuck, and don't want to got to a branch. I do not have the time.

I BELIEVE FNB IS THE BEST BANK, but as with any bank or business, the have the human factor is who represents you. Doesn't matter if your the best business, if you representative fails , the business fails.
