FNB Private bankers dont respect clients

I would like to express my sadness in the POOR services of my so called private banker from FNB by the name of Lee Gopichund, yesterday 11.03.2019 I called him as my private banker to help me with consolidation of the 2 home loans I have with FNB and he said its possible and that he would get back to me before end of business day which he did not so much for service and now with FNB being in the spotlight for interest rates he is not doing much to calm the situation. I had to give him a call today to ask feedback from what I had tasked him to do only to get an answer to say that someone will contact me today, I am a private client with FNB but surely he doesn't make me feel like one and on top of that he laughs at me on the phone when I tell him I need someone to call me regarding this and help with better interest rate (maybe he knows something about the interest rate I'm being charged that I don't?)I have been an FNB client for 13 years together with my wife and with such service from 'FNB' private bankers it makes me want to explore other banks.

1. I need FNB to allocate me another private banker and remove Lee Gopichund he doesn't respect clients and their needs and is putting FNB's name into shame. 2. I need FNB to assist me with consolidation of the 2 homeloans I have with them and hopefully get a better interest rate.
