FNB Private Bankers Don't Know Their Own Products/Services - Billed Monthly For No Reason

Private Banker issued a revolving loan last year as requested as this was paid off a couple months ago. I still get billed monthly for it and I enquired with my private bank about the monthly charges even though its been paid off. He said that is incorrect and he issued a request to the reversals department for this. I followed up days later with no response, assuming this has been resolved.

This month I get billed again and told i have a new private banker so I enquired with her and she says I will keep getting billed regardless if its paid off or not. I was not informed about this at all!

I have all this in mail including the reversal that was issued by the previous private banker.

I want this revolving loan cancelled immediately because clearly the staff don't know about their own products/services that they are offering which resulted in me paying for something that I was not informed about!!
