FNB Private Bankers - Do they exists with their total lack of service

FNB - What exactly is going on with your private banking suite, specifically your private bankers and the total lack of getting back to clients.

I have raised and issue on the 5th of August with a private banked ***. After a week I still didn't hear back and again started following up with her around an issue pertaining to debit order that's been debited and reversed 3 times over by FNB, with no reason given.

She then phoned me and I AGAIN had to explain the entire ****up to her.......which tells me she actually didn't do anything 1st time round. Why ask me to explain everything again

To date and today is the 25th of August I have still not received any feedback what so ever on this debit issue as well as 2 other FNB debit orders that arent' going off my account.

I'm at my whit's end as I'm going to be ultimately penalized on my credit rating YET FNB doesn't get back to me !!!!!!!
