FNB - private bankers are a joke
My parents have been struggling to receive any kind of support form FNB private bankers. they have been allocated a so-called private banker who is useless, does not repsond at all and is unable to answer the most basic question such as how to close one account and merge a second one. Never mind in getting any support in getting eBucks allocated. I need a name of senior management who i can discuss this issue with. thank you for listening as this has been going on for over 8 months.
