FNB Private Bankers a huge slow down
FNB Private wealth Bankers lack urgency in assisting. I have contacted them for support a few times and the time they take to get back to you defeats the purpose of having a banker. at this rate I might as well go to the branch.

04 Feb 2020, 14:14Hi. The day is almost over and I have not received a call from my elusive Private Banker. This service is one of the reasons I am willing to accept your exorbitant banking fees. Yet I have to resort to such means to receive the service. this is shocking and disappointing FNB.
