FNB - Private Banker - Service - Eva Phiri

on the 11 of September I contacted my private banker, Eva Phiri (Phiri, Eva" <***.z) to make arrangement about paying my Bonds, however the was no feedback. On the 16th Of September I sent a follow-up email still the was no feedback. On the 26th of September I sent another follow-up email but now copying Ryan Govender(***.z). and still there was no feedback. Thank you Nomathemba
