FNB Private Banker Nightmare
I thought being a private client would be the best thing for me but it has turned into a nightmare. My private banker, Mireille Klopper has never been available whenever I call. I'm always put on hold for more than an hour before I give up and hang up. I've had enough of this pathetic service. It need to end now.
