FNB private banker never does her job

I am a private client of FNB, I recently moved my home loan as well as my husband's bank account over to FNB, I need to make two simple payments from his FNB account and I cant, as I keep getting the same error saying my daily limits are exceeded which is not the case at all. I have phoned my "private banker" who by the way has NEVER been any help!! After contacting her 3 times and she promising to call me back well yes it is 8 o clock my problem is not resolved, and she still hasn't called. Like I said she has never been of any use to me, she never returns phone calls she is basically unreachable most of the time. She is a terrible "private banker" sorry to say the least!!!! I pay this high banking fee with the promise of a private banker, please FNB your private bankers mean nothing and is more of a frustration than anything else. My so called private bander is Hlengiwe Mtwana
