FNB PRIVATE BANKER - INCOMPOTENCE PERSONIFIED

I queried a loan account on my profile to my personal banker and I got ZERO feedback!

I then got a notification that this account is now in arrears!

How does this happen? How can this level of incompetency exist in FNB?

Now this will affect my credit record!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
