Fnb private bank where you get no service! Sorry you do get service R500 pm for what???

Can someone pls explain to me how fnb can tell you to open credit accounts and when you do they tell you it counts against you????? When you dont have credit accounts it also counts against you???? In my case i keep asking fnb how can they say i have significant increase in debt if i have R1900 woth of debt??? Fnb keeps going in circles and dont answer my question! How can fnb drop my credit rating due to according to them i have significant increase in debt which is absolutely false! Again where is the banker that should help you??? All you get is the same old emails with no issue resolved! How many times do one have to complain!! Pls the employee emailing you saying he or she will attend to the problem dont even reoly on emails! Guess its difficult if you dont know what to say ??? But lets mess up the clients credit rating! Why dont fnb pvt bank tell clients if you want to buy a car or anything you have to do everything yourself! You get no help or service! Savings acc has better deals and service and you dont get charged R500 pm for nothing
