FNB Private Bank - Very slow turnaround time
Inability of Call Centre to close a bank Account. Taken 2 months and bank charges are accruing.

06 Nov 2020, 11:16I would sincerely appreciate some action from FNB consultants. Ive interacted with more than 5 different consultants regarding closing 1 bank account. At this rate - I might consider closing all my bank accounts with FNB - this is a worrying sign from FNB
