FNB Private Bank- none existent

I’ve been with FNB for a while and now I’m with their private banking. Or I should say being charged private banking clients fees with no service provided. The last time I heard and could reach the dedicated bank was in March 2024. There is no dedicated service provided and have to source all services through their chat. The last I had a conversation with the banker is when I signed up for a product that allowed him to ear commission. I believe the service was for selling the product and disappearing. I’ve emailed and called the banker with no response, however, I received a service fee increase notice. What service am I paying for. I don’t think I’m the only one that bank is making money off without providing services they promised. I’m beyond disappointed and will review my options when comes to banking.
