FNB Private Bank - No service

FNB Private Banking has no service, 27 Nov 2020 i ask my banker to assists with a pty registration, NO REPLY, 17 May 2021 i asked again no reply. i complain on Facebook and they said they will escalate to their manager, still no communication. I end up doing my own Pty registration on the site and that even doesn't work, it doesn't accept the names, so i registered the enterprise only, and then i had to contact CIPC to reserve the name. I hardly ever use private banking because i can do most of the things i need too online, but now when I need something important nobody replies. I even asked on the secure chat to request a change of banker.

I will start looking at another bank and move my debt to them. FNB is over priced and under valued.
