Fnb private bank is patehtic!! No debt but your credit score keeps getting worse and worse! Fnb has no answers for me

Hi have complained how many times now and nothing gets sorted out??? My banker says sir your credit score with fnb is in the green and i tell her incorrect! I go on the app and my score keeps getting worse and worse! Can fnb pls explain to me i have almost no debt!! In total R1500 and fnb tells me high increase in debt??? That is unacceptable!! I earn very good income and have just more than 1k debt so how can my creditscore with fnb keeps getting worse and worse??? Its clear my banker has no idea what to tell me or knows how to sort out this problem!! I want someone else to assit me pls! I get no feedback from Precious at FNB menlyn maine pvt bank!
