Fnb private bank is not what they promise you! Savings acc you get better service

So i opened fnb acc and was given a private bank acc seeing my income and was promised sir you will get a banker that will attend to your needs and there is a small fee of R500 per month for the pvt bank acc! Sir if you need creditcard or loan or whatever we will sort you out! That was the promise by fnb but its all lies! I have no debt! Capitec phoned me to ask if i want a credit card seeing i had capitec acc before i went overseas! Came back this year and opened fnb pvt bank acc and i emailed my banker asking what facilities do i get?.again no you to new to score! Another lie! Other banks asks 3 months statments but your banker whom is suppose to motivate and sort there clients out does nothing! My banker told me sir lets get you creditcard and again no reply or call back like promised i had to email and ask and what do i get? Pls fill in this form and that form dor what? You have my acc details! So having pvt bank acc and earning good income i dont even qualify for R1000 creditcard??? Ridiculous! I have no debt or any facilities but i dont qualify for nothing?? Its better to downgrade and safe the bankcosts cause pvt bank offers you nothing except extra bankcosts for services you dont get!
