FNB private bank a circus

Private Banker....no way....never gets back to you. I app**** for Covid relieve funds just incase. I never used it and cancelled it with my Banker. Never happend. I still pay fees every months for something I do not use. I decided to pay the R2000, but paid R20000. I mailed my banker asking to please transfer the excess to my cheque account. No reply. So I mailed after two weeks demanding an answer ..only then he said there is a backlog at the Covid department....in the mean time they still charge fees for the Covid account and I cant use my money...FNB Private Bank...a circus
