Fnb private baking

I have been trying to call the private banking of fnb for the past two days and called all the numbers from private clients, premier banking and cheque accounts nobody picks up and i only drop the call after holding on for 30 minutes and nobody picks up. This is very disturbing and very appalling. I will Now switch banks because of this horrific and disgusting experience. Whats the use of having a private banker if no one will pick up? Ever since my previous banker Left fnb i do not even know who the new one is or even if i have one.
