Fnb "Private" Advisor service is Pathetic.

You keep charging us ridiculous amounts but your so-called "private wealth advisors " don't respond to emails, phones, apps, etc. Can someone even schedule a bank card delivery on your so-called secure chat is now a circus. This is not the FnB I knew. Please have someone contact me and remove my advisor so he can deal with people he seems to respect. I think it's a race thing. The dude is as useless as they come Jesus
