FNB Private Account means boggerol!
Being a private client at FNB means nothing really. I have a bond (approved and about to register), a car, credit card and a few global accounts.
I also have a Nedbank credit card for about 15 years already. I want to close this account and move the available facilities to FNB ie increase FNB. FNB only partially approves this and state that it would be irresponsible lending.
Oh come on! I have sufficient funds going through my account to sustain much more than what I'm asking for! Worst of all, I convinced my wife to move from Standard Bank and if I hear how she got along with her private banker then I'm thinking maybe Standard Bank is a better option!
The service leaves much to be desired!
I'm very disappointed by FNB - private means nothing!
5 days since my complaint, and no end result! As luck might have it, I had a forex issue now and against my better judgement reached out to my private banker and she couldn't help! I made 1 phone call to the forex department and got answers!
What on earth am I paying for?
Now my wife also tells me that she is still waiting for FNB to issue her a credit card, as she requested when she moved over from Standard Bank!
No man, this can't be the definition of service, this is shocking!
