FNB Primrose Germiston - well done

So, in the past I have been very critical of FNB and have aired my views a couple of times. But I had a super experience at FNB Primrose Germiston recently.

First some background. This branch has recently undergone a massive revamp. It is now about a third of the size it was. 1 island for each department (e.g. 1 x teller etc. ).

So when I apprehensively walked in to do some business, I expected a LLLOOONNNGGG wait.

From the gentleman who received me at the door and issued me my ticket, till the goodbye as I left from the same gentleman, took less than 5 ( FIVE ) minutes

The whole experience was very, very enjoyable.

The gentleman who first saw me and gave me my waiting ticket, escorted me to a seat, took the time to indicate the teller and explain someone was just finishing their business and I shouldn't wait too long.

2 minutes later he was back giving me a thumbs up and asked if all was OK ?

A minute later my number was called out. The teller was friendly, efficient and professional.

2 minutes later I was out of there and on my way.

Well done FNB Primrose Germiston.
