FNB Priemer "Team of bankers" is a joke

FNB Premier "Team of bankers" is a joke.

I contacted my "team of bankers" via the online messaging tool, waited in queue, got assigned to Thokozile Mabena and was then completely ignored. After sending several messages and them being read I was transferred to another agent who took another 20mins before their messages finally came through. Apparently they had network issues, however when you call in to complain about this each department just refers you to a different department and ultimately you get forwarded back to the original number you dialed.

I never have and probably never will feel any sense of "Premier" while doing business with FNB.
