FNB PREVENTS CUSTOMERTS FORM ANY DECENT CONTACT

It is virtually impossible to get hold of FNB. I have spent countless hours being transferred from number to number. Information given is incorrect. The message system on the website does not work. I am trying to make a booking for my family to go to FNB to do passports and ID cards. We tried to register with FNB Cornubia but there is a technical problem and it won't allow it. Please can we book 3 appointments together any day from Thursday 26th August - Thursday 2nd September 2021. Or can you advise what other branches of FNB we can go to? Your main call centre says most branches do this. HIllcrest, Scottbrugh , Galleria would also be suitable. My number is 067 783 8887
