FNB Pretoria West kwagga Centre Branch

On Friday the 24 April I received a phone call from Ms Nika Du Toit from the FNB Brach in Pretoria West Kwagga Centre. I was not satisfied with that she told me and I felt like she was just trying to protect the branch for its own good and reputation. I will still ask why do essential service members need to produce a permit when we in uniform, we have our card from work and I'd... Clearly the card from work will show same details as per my ID or driver's license including my name and Surname. I asked why is it my mom had to stand in a long line in her uniform when the very same colleagues 2e work with happened to come to the same bank an hour later and did not stand in any line nor produce their permit!!!!! She told me even in uniform I have to produce my permit.... Well that will be highly impossible because not everyone who is in uniform got a permit at work because we were instructed by our commander in chief that we will work, no one was allowed to take leave either. She also told asked me for my supervisors contact details... I am. Sure like anyone else you cannot just expect me to give out people's personal numbers or office number for that matter without having to speak to them first. Lastly in the military we follow channel of commands.... Before I can speak to my supervisor I first have to follow channel of command with someone above6mt rank level, then that person is the one will then take my problem to our supervisor. If she can explain to me why one of my colleague went there three weeks ago with a soldier from the Botswana Defence force. They did not show any permit whatsoever however they were in uniform... They did not even produce their work identification card and belive you in me I don't only bank with FNB... What is so special about this branch that even in uniform we have to produce our permit when I am saying not everyone got a permit based on the instruction of the president that we should all work?!!!!! I go to to her banks in my uniform I don't even get such questions, I go to. Shops, spars, woolworths, pick n pay at times not even in uniform but when I produce my work identification card I am given the privillage not to stand in any line. Kindly bear in mind its not all the times that we required to go to to work in our uniform. So what is so special about this branch that they want a permit from me when I don't even have one, we didn't get one from work and most members that had been going there were NEVER asked to produce a permit. Until then I remain a unsatisfied client. Seen that this is not the first time I lay a complaint with FNB. I have been a loyal client to FNB for a very long time now and it's sad to say sometimes when you go to the branch you not properly assisted, consultants are rude and not friendly or even give you Mis-informed information. I will not speak about my other experiences with this branch and some consultants who think they know they telling you something not to realize you actually did your homework before you go there. Hence I mentioned at my previous complaint that the only person who assist me there properly is Mr Shawn Naaido. I have known him for a long time... I believe I was still in university or high school. When I go there I always prefer to get assisted by him if he is not there I either come back home or try to be assisted by someone else. But I find it to be unfair that certain members in uniform are been asked for permits and others not. When at other places we can even go there in our civilisn clothing as long as we have our work identification we are assisted.
