FNB pretence on another level!

After I made a complaint with *** here on the 4th of March 2021, FNB pretended as if they cared! They acknowledged receipt of the complain and promised to escalate the matter until then gave me a call on Saturday, 6 March 2021 telling me that I will get my interest rate review outcomes latest Monday the 8th and that was the last time I heard from them. I know they are probably going to pretend again as if they are looking into the matter or came back saying I don’t qualify for a better interest rate as per my credit record. Maybe if I was a private client I will surely be prioritised. That’s FNB for you!
