FNB Prescription letter

I have been trying to get hold of FNB to assist me in obtaining a prescription letter for accounts that have been under debt review since 2019 due to medical conditions and retrenchment and could not make any payments. My debt review company could not get assistance from FNB Personal loans/Credit cards. Reach out to the debt review department and they could not assist us at all. I have sent an email to FNB to contact me back or simply respond to the mail as to where I can address my request for a prescription letter. No replay since 10 April 2024. I still receive calls from debt collectors daily. My debt review company and I have been unsuccessful in getting assistance on the Prescription letter for the accounts in question from FNB. I would appreciate it if I could obtain my prescription letters for the accounts with FNB immediately or I will have to take further steps on this matter.
