Fnb prescribed debt

Good day two weeks ago I emailed fnb requesting debt prescription letters for prescribed debt they emailed me back a Query Reference number and said "An investigation into your matter will now be initiated and we will be in-touch with you shortly". It's two weeks now , no one has been in-touch with me and I've been sending them emails but no one is responding.
