FNB prepaid electricity 'service fee'
Up until now FNB has been fantastic for my wife and I. But today I bought prepaid electricity from the FNB app and it charged me a R302.03 service fee and R91.03 tax. I paid R1000 for electricity and only got 479.1 units. That is a lot of money to throw down the drain. Please let everyone know if this service is going to continue to be so unreasonable so that we can make other arrangements.
