FNB PREPAID ELECTRICITY NOT WORKING!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I paid R500 for prepaid electricity, fnb sent me three different tokens, none of them worked, so I had to buy another R500 worth of prepaid electricity. I made contact with fnb on Saturday “ Query Reference ***Q” and they said they will get back to me in 24-48 hours! Its now Thursday and nothing from FNB.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
