FNB Prepaid Electricity Fees!

ABSOLUTLEY INSANE! We normally buy prepaid electricity vouchers on the first of the month and just wanted to top up a little today just to carry is over... R150 voucher bought and the FNB Sevice Fee was R123.50 leaving us with an Eskom rexharge of R26.50 and 17 Units of power... HOW CAN MORE THAN 80% OF MY TRANSACTION BE A FNB SERVICE FEE... added up the months FNB charges and found that for July more than 30% of my recharge amount this month was spent on FNB SERVICE FEES!!! THATS A *******... WHATS THE POINT IF MORE OF MY PURCHASE IS SERVICE FEES INSTEAD OF POWER?
