FNB prepaid electricity ****!!!!!!!!!

So I wanted to do a test to see what FNB service fees are like when buying electricity on the App and I was shocked!!!!

I bought R50, I got 5.3 units(worth R20.55) Vat amount was R6.52 and the SERVICE FEE?? R29.45!!!!! The service fee charged cost more than the amount of units of electricity given to me. This is a disgusting charge to us citizens.

So imagine buying R1000 worth of units...
