FNB :-( Prepaid Electricity

I don't know what going on with FNB and it's prepaid electricity app, I purchased electricity through my personal debit acc amount of R350 and received the following message : " FNB :-) Municipality used R350.00 for services. CITY OF TSHWANE. Service Fee: R350.", no token no electricity to load, I then try with my other account and the same message came back, no electricity token. What service fee is this?, this has never happened before, I know to normal Fee which is not that, so what the **** is going on here? I either get my R750 back or my electricity token numbers for both purchases. I'm never using the app again for electricity if this is what they're doing.
